This smoothie is packed with potassium, vitamins C,A, K, B6, magnesium, iron, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, & protein.
I love having this smoothie for breakfast. It is not the prettiest but it sure is tasty! It’s easy and fast to make. This is the perfect amount for one person. If you like your smoothies thicker, cut up the banana and freeze it ahead of time!
