Hey everyone, Happy Thursday. Summer is almost here! One of my favorite activities is hanging around the campfire with some good friends. When there is a campfire there is usually s’mores. If you’re gluten free and lactose intolerant like me, then this recipe is great for you! This is the perfect homemade gluten free/dairy free graham cracker & s’more dip! 

Before you get started on the dip, we need to make the graham cracker. This is pretty easy; just time consuming. So to start off we need all of our ingredients.


•1/2 cup Organic Coconut Oil/Butter at room temperature 

•1 large Egg

•1/4 cup Brown Sugar 

•1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract 

•3/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour 

•1/4 cup Cornstarch 

•1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder 

•1 pinch Sea Salt 

•Preheat oven to 350* Fahrenheit

•In food processor or mixer, combine egg, butter, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. 

•Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse it until it’s well combined

•Roll out your dough between layers of parchment paper until it gets to a 1/4 of an inch. 

•Cut your dough into cracker shape and lay them on your cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, 

•Cook for 8-10 Minutes 

•Allow them to cool and enjoy! 

Once you have the crackers made, it’s time to make the dip! This is the best part. Really you can use anything to dip into this whether it’s the graham crackers, cookies, or even maybe apple slices. Let’s get on into it! 


•1 bag of Dark Chocolate Chips

•1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil

•1 bag of Marshmallows 


•Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with an iron skillet inside. 

•Once it’s heated, take the skillet out with an oven mitt so we don’t end up with any burns. 

•Put the Coconut Oil inside the skillet and swirl it all around so nothing will stick or burn. 

•Pour Chocolate Chips in and make sure they are in an even layer. 

•Pour Marshmallows on top of that so no chocolate shows. 

•Cook for 5-7 minutes depending on how toasted you want the Marshmallows. Keep an eye on it while it’s cooking.

•Take it out and allow it to sit for 5 minutes.

•Enjoy! Be careful because the skillet will be hot for awhile! 

This is a pretty easy recipe to make! It’s totally worth making. It’s one of my favorite treats. It’s great for slumber parties, cook outs, or even if your just at home watching the bachelorette! If you try it, let me know how it turned out! See you guys next week, I post every Thursday!
