Hi everyone, Happy Thursday. Lately I’ve been pretty busy and haven’t had a lot of time to make meals. Usually I always make smoothies when I’m on a time crunch but even they can be time consuming.
So I’ve been making the most basic strawberry banana smoothies ever. They are so good and only take 5 minutes to make.
What You Need:
2 Frozen Bananas
6 Frozen Strawberries
1 cup of Coconut Water
This is an easy way to get your daily fruit intake and it has no added sugars in it. To me, when bananas are frozen they tend to be sweeter. Also I don’t like to eat a lot of dairy in my diet so coconut water is a nice substitute.
