Hi everyone, happy Thursday. Now that it’s September, I think it’s okay to bring out the pumpkin. I personally love everything pumpkin/pumpkin spice. So, I thought today’s post would be perfect to make an easy pumpkin spice smoothie. Not only is it healthy but it’s vegan and gluten free.
WHAT YOU NEED
1 Frozen Bananas
1 cup Pure Pumpkin
3/4 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2. Put all ingredients in the blender
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour into your favorite glass
